In this week’s edition of INSIGHT, apparently, I reached a new low with last week’s introduction. It was the same reception I get when I visit Hawaii. I was a low ha. Fortunately, the industry’s perception after its response to Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred is quite the opposite.
